ACTS  A Church That Studies, is a Church Plant of the American Baptist Churches of the Pacific Southwest, with Trinity Baptist Church of Santa Monica as the Mother Church.  
      Our mission is to provide a new and friendly worship experience with the intention of reaching out to a multi-cultural, multigenerational community to establish a relationship with each other and the Lord Jesus Christ. 

     Our purpose is to demonstrate the Love of Jesus Christ to those who are not actively involved in Church. 
  The Bible commands believers not just to verbalize the love of God, but also to demonstrate this love through good deeds (Gal. 6:10; 1 John 3:17-18;) (T. Steffen, Passing The Baton, P. 131).  

    Our highest calling is to win souls to Christ and disciple them in a way that they become fully devoted and committed followers of Christ.
